We have lost touch with the seasons, and with varying our diet depending on what is available locally rather than shipping it around the world. We expect luxury fruit and summer vegetables and salad all year round.

and updated every Wednesday with what is in season this week

We want to do some skills sharing

  • traditional ways of storing and preserving food
  • information on seasonal recipies

And we produced a leaflet in the Autumn on varieties of apples, and recipies.
